Getting paid with Stripe

Connect Stripe so paddlers can pay you and your share reaches your bank.
Paddlers pay by card through Stripe. Bradán Coach takes the payment, keeps its fee, and Stripe pays the rest into your bank account. Paddlers can't book until Stripe is connected.
Connecting Stripe
- Go to Profile and payouts.
- Choose Connect Stripe.
- Stripe asks for your details, identity and bank account. Have photo ID and your IBAN to hand.
- When you're sent back, the page says Stripe is connected once Stripe has finished its checks.
If you stop part way, choose Continue Stripe setup to pick up where you left off. Stripe sometimes takes a little while to finish its checks; the page keeps asking until it says yes.
Your payouts
Choose Open your Stripe dashboard on Profile and payouts to see payments, payouts and your bank details. Stripe sends payouts on its own schedule, usually a few days after each payment.
Refunds
When a paddler is refunded, they get the whole payment back. Your share is taken back from your Stripe balance, and Bradán Coach returns its fee too. See Deadlines and refunds.
