Do paddlers need an account?
No. They book with their name and email and get a private link to their review page.
Can paddlers get a free review?
No. Every review is paid for at booking.
Who sees a paddler's video?
You and the paddler. Videos aren't public and only play through the review pages.
I can't record a reply
Your browser needs permission to use the camera or microphone. Look for the camera icon in the address bar, allow access, and try again.
A paddler says they never got their link
Point them to Find my reviews, where they can have their links sent again. Make sure they use the email they booked with.
Can I edit a review after sending it?
No. If you need to add something, send the paddler a message on the review.
